se hai cubase 5 o superiore, c'è il plugin pitch shift che funziona allo stesso modo. ha solo la parte monofonica, quindi ne devi usare più di uno, ma lo puoi fare allo stesso modo di voice machine

Quando crei una nuova traccia, ci sono solo 2 scelte: una delle due si chiama Traccia Strumento Software.
poi vai nel pannello sulla destra, COMPOSIZIONE, e scegli il generatore, ovvero lo strumento software, il VSTi che ti interessa.

ragazzi, è tutto molto chiaro.
Vi ringrazio molto. Eì grazie ai vostri consigli che mi sono scrollato un po' di dosso il "timore" nell'affrontare un nuovo sistema operativo ed una nuova macchina.
Scusate ma qualche sito dove poter prendere qualchew buon vst free per mac?
E secondo voi quali sono i migliori?
In ultimo: credete che girino su Lion?

come già detto in altri post Lion è un problema se hai molte cose vecchie che non sono state rese compatibili con il 10.7
per il resto: leggiti qualche guida online e impara la struttura del sistema. Imperativo: non usarlo come fosse windows.

Ricorda che fino a che rimani in zona Garage_Band non devi scaricare/installare i plug in nel formato VST, ma gli Audio Unit (AU).

a proposito di Lion, se qualcuno come me ha la novation zerosl con automap (come remote di cubase e dei vst/vsti funziona bene, e pure come uscita e entrata midi)
sappia che Lion ancora non va. credo dovrò aspettare per il mac, altrimenti non mi funzionerà più un tubo.
ma mi domando, non è possibile un retrograde al sistema precedente, una volta acquistato il mac nuovo (senza spese magari...)???

Apple have recently announced the availability of OS X 10.7, also known as Lion. Whilst we have not yet completed full testing of all our products, we have finished basic testing and can report the following information. Please note that currently none of our products are fully supported with OS X 10.7.
At the time of writing, the following products have been seen to work with OS X 10.7:
Ultranova (Excluding Automap Control)
Xio Synth
X-Station
BassStation
V-Station
Nio 2|4 (Audio but not MIDI)
Launchpad (Please note: if using the Launchpad with Automap, Automap is not yet compatible with OS X Lion).
At the time of writing, the following products are currently not working with OS X 10.7:
Automap
Nocturn
Please note, the following controllers which rely on Automap are not currently supported due to lack of Automap compatibility as yet. They will however function as standard MIDI Devices:
