Ciao...vi riscrivo visto che il primo topic è stato ignorato da tutti...che voi sappiate la motu 2408 mkII, o meglio la scheda pci della motu, può essere compatibile con un Amd 3200 con scheda asus e hd con chip via raid?Nel caso in cui non lo fosse la versione dopo potrebbe esserlo?attendo un vostro prezioso aiuto...grazie.ciao fabio

Io usa una HD 192 su un PC e va benissimo...riguardo alla compatibilita' con i processori è una favoletta inventata da qualcuno il fatto che AMD dia dei problemi...Difatti io nel mio studio ho una motu 896HD che gira su un AMD 2500+ overclock(cioè viene "letto" come un 3200) e va alla grande mentre nello studio dove lavoro come fonico c'è una motu 192HD che gira su Pentium 3200 extreme edition e va benissimo anche lì...differenze di prestazioni? sinceramente nessuna...

Quoto anche io per AMD.C'è da dire però, che quando non si conosce una configurazione qualsiasi essa sia, INTEL o AMD, qualche imprevisto può sempre accadere, l'ideale sarebbe poter provare prima di comprare. Ma io andrei tranquillo anche se il chipset VIA non lo più messo nei miei pc da molto tempo, visto che NFORCE è notoriamente più performante.

Ciao!grazie per avermi risposto...sinceramente non ci speravo +...devo dire che mi avete dato un pò di solievo..nel frattempo sono andato nel sito della motu ufficiale e leggete cosa ho trovato nelle Note tecniche:
Will my Windows PC work with the MOTU PCI-324 Audio System?
MOTU recommends Intel machines for use with the 324, particularly Pentium IIIs using Intel chipsets. AMD machines often ship with less efficient PCI chipsets. There is also a known incompatibility with Pre-1999 Via Chipsets. We have been able to get some VIA chipsets to work by downloading the "4 in 1 update" from www.viatech.com, particularly the IWILL KK266 plus. If you're considering getting a PC using the new DDR RAM based motherboards we recommend the Gigabyte GA8INXP and HP 753N.
Note also that PCI slots with a 3.3 volt power specification cannot support 5 volt PCI cards such as the PCI-324. Additionally, the 324 card will not physically fit into the PCI-x slots found on many new motherboards. Motherboards that utilize hyperthreading or use 64 bit processing will also not likely work with the 324 card.
Our newer interfaces (FireWire and PCI-424 based) should work with virtually every motherboard out there, including DDR based machines and AMDs. PCI-324 users can upgrade to the PCI-424 card on our secure Upgrades page. che ne dite?...cmq ho comprato una 2408 mk3 con la pci 424...secondo quello che c'è scritto non dovrei avere problemi....speriamooo!!!
