Allora..mettiamo ke ho un bel pezzo finito..facciamo finta ke è stato realizzato con la voce di Loquendo in italiano,magaro un po effetta ma sempre "distinguibile" e "identificabile"...tipo un po compressa riverbero e delay...senza vocoder.. ORA MI CHIEDO al punto di vista legale,posso usare Loquendo come voce in una song che poi verrà stampata e venduta?? Oppure non si può,ma con accorgimenti sull'effettistica posso "camuffarla" al punto di poterla usare liberamente?(vocoder,voice machines ecc)?? se qualkuno ne sa quakosa..grazie! VVB!!

certo se il software l'hai comprato puoi fare quello che ti pare con le voci generate.

l'ho processato interamente con voice machines...quindi oltre al pitch ho cambiato anche la formante e l'intonazione..praticamente è diventata un altra voce...

claudio, questa "legal notice" è una cretinata. non sta in piedi neanche nel Burundi, con tanto di rispetto. dato che la demo ti viene data dal produttore, ne puoi fare l'uso che vuoi. cioè in buona sostanza, è lui che si deve tutelare per escogitare degli accorgimenti che ne limitino l'uso. ripeto, il fatto che il produttore scriva una clausola e tu la accetti, non vuol dire che sei tenuto a rispettarla; giuridicamente è una stupidaggine.
